Pre-day workshops now available

The programme for the Leaders in Healthcare pre-day on 30 October has been expanded to include a wide-range of leadership development and networking opportunities.

These include the chance to directly learn from those working in senior positions within healthcare, as well as from those who can offer valuable experience from other sectors.

We are happy to announce the following workshops:

  • Influencing and negotiating: Understanding politics (led by Catherine Eden, Managing Director, Eden and Partners)
  • Understanding healthcare finance (led by Chris Calkin, former president of the Healthcare Financial Management Association)
  • Leading for quality and safety: what does it take? (led by Peter Lachman, CEO, ISQua)
  • Managing complexity and uncertainty (led by Helen Bevan, Chief Transformation Officer, Horizons, NHS England)
  • Supporting colleagues in difficulty (led by Ian Curran, Assistant Director of Education and Standards, General Medical Council)

Morning workshops will be repeated in the afternoon, so you have an opportunity to attend two sessions on different topics during the day.

Take a look at the full pre-day programme.

Early Bird registration is still open.
