Reader in Management, Cass Business School

Dr Amit Nigam is a Reader in Management at the Cass Business School.

His research examines organizational and system-level change in hospitals and health systems. His work engages a variety of topics, including the interpretive and political processes that unfold during change, how organizations select specific courses of action in the pursuit of broad strategic goals, and how peer coaches can play a role in change processes.

He’s published his research in leading management, health services, and medical journals such as Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, Social Science & Medicine, Medical Care Research & Review and the Annals of Emergency Medicine.
